Will CFSS Replace PCA?
It’s important to understand that this transition brings expanded support for both care recipients and their family caregivers.
The eligibility requirements for CFSS are the same as those for PCA services. If you are currently receiving PCA support, you will automatically transition to CFSS during your next annual reassessment—unless there are changes to your condition that affect your eligibility.
Additionally, CFSS will replace the state-funded Consumer Support Grant (CSG) program.
