Program Directors
Program Directors provide overall leadership and oversight of services. They ensure programs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals while supporting staff and improving service delivery.
Program Managers
Program Managers oversee day to day operations and coordinate services to ensure care plans are followed. They serve as a key point of contact for clients, families, and staff to address concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
Program Coordinators
Program Coordinators assist with scheduling, documentation, service coordination, and communication between clients, caregivers, and care teams. They help ensure services are organized and delivered as planned.
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Registered Nurses provide clinical oversight, health monitoring, and guidance on medical needs. They support care planning, medication management, and health related training to ensure client safety and well being.
Waiver Support Staff
Waiver Support Staff assist clients receiving waiver services by supporting daily living needs, promoting independence, and ensuring services follow the approved service plans.
CFSS Staff
CFSS Staff support individuals receiving CFSS services by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and skill development. They work closely with clients to support choice, independence, and person centered goals.
